Prom is happening this evening, Tuesday, June 16th from 7 – 10pm at the Crowne Plaza downtown. Students are gathering at Victoria Park this afternoon from 3:30pm – 4:30pm for photo opportunities.  You may want to pack an umbrella! The last graduation rehearsal at the Tidal Church is on Thursday, June 18th at 9am.  Students are asked to arrive at 8:45am to be seated and ready to run through the ceremony starting at 9am. Students are reminded that when the ceremony is over to return their gown to the designated area outside of the chapel and receive their $20 deposit back. Parents/guardians of Grade 12 students should have received an email today indicating any fees still owing in School Cash online. These debts need to be paid before students receive their gown for graduation. Friday, June 12th Grad rehearsal at BMHS 11:45 am – 12:45 pm – students are asked to bring a $20 cash deposit and have all debt cleared – including any textbooks, uniforms etc. that are owing to receive their gown.  Gowns will be available in ROOM 167 after the rehearsal practice in the theatre.  – students will also receive tickets for graduation.  We ask that each student know the number of tickets their family is requesting.  We do our best to accommodate requests however, we cannot guarantee each family will receive the number they request.   – special accommodations for seating regarding any special needs for a family member– please email Susan Lockwood at susan.lockwood@nbed.nb.ca indicating the graduate name and the reason for the accommodation for […]

Demonstration of Learning Week June 8 – 12th see schedule: Written final assessments begin at 9:15am.  Students should be in their designated location by 9:05am.   IF students are not writing a final assessment, they can only be in the cafeteria area while waiting for an interview etc. all other areas are out of bounds.  Students may wish to arrange for an earlier pick up once their assessment is completed so they can return home to study.  Buses run at their regularly scheduled times. Cafeteria services will not be available.   A canteen will be set up with hamburgers and hotdogs and other snacks for purchase.
