A reminder that classes start at 8:50am tomorrow as we will be following a SHORT Homeroom bell schedule. Students are completing the “Interview task” for the Career and Life Grad Plan Tracking. They will be exposed to typical interview questions and will upload their answers to myBlueprint. We are still processing and reviewing Course Selections for next school year. We are hoping to have verification sheets ready by next week for families to review and sign. Families of BMHS students are invited to attend the Connecting Futures: Programs, Supports and Services Expo. This event will provide information about local programs that help students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and students with learning disabilities explore career pathways, build workplace skills, and prepare for life after high school. Course selection process begins this week. Tuesday, Feb 17 we will have an Elective Course Fair where students have chosen to hear about 4 elective courses they may be interested in selecting for next school year. Wednesday, Feb. 18th students will select 10 courses and 2 alternate courses for next school year. Documents to support course selection can be found on our website and in TEAMS for students. Each grade level will have their own selection sheet. Course clusters for Graduation requirements have been identified on the grad tracking sheet.

Future Pathway Career Expo February 10th we are following a special bell schedule to allow students to visit the presentations about career opportunities and post-secondary pathways. Students selected their 3 presentation choices yesterday in homeroom classes. We cannot wait for them to tell you all about what they learned next week!
