With the start of second semester beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th, please note the following information:

Schedules

All students have access to their second semester schedule on their student PowerSchool site.  Students will receive a printed copy of their schedule when they go to HOMEROOM tomorrow at 9am.  We are still working on some schedules with “blanks” and these are the priorities before course changes can be done for students requesting a change. 

Course Changes

Course change requests will close by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 30th.  The forms to make a course request change are available from your HOMEROOM teacher.  Students will receive a new schedule in their school email or via TEAMS chat once a change has been made. Please note space is very limited so a change may not be possible.

 Report Cards

First semester report card marks will be available by 4:00 pm on Friday, January 30th, when the PowerSchool portal reopens.  Students will also receive a paper copy on Friday.

Cafeteria

Cafeteria services will resume tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28th.

School Cash Online

Please check regularly to pay any outstanding fees, including sports fees, and sign off on forms.

Ski Club

For students who signed up for ski club – we will be leaving at 4:05pm on the bus to Poley tomorrow after school.  Bring your stuff!

BMHS Theatre Improvement Open House – tomorrow, Wednesday January 28^th from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Come to our theatre and learn about: the need to improve our theatre, the plan and how you can donate or get involved.

FUTURE PATHWAY CAREER EXPO – FEB 10th

Tomorrow’s homeroom is dedicated to reviewing the list of career/post-secondary opportunities that will be available on Tuesday, February 10^th for our EXPO.  Students will fill in a form for their top 3 session choices.  A list is provided on the students TEAMS page or view the list below.   

Start the conversation at home about the possibilities they may be interested in hearing more about.  This is a fantastic opportunity!
