Just a reminder about the 1pm early dismissal time on MONDAY, April 8^th due to the solar eclipse. Bus students will be picked up at 1:30pm for departure.

Parent Teacher Interview Booking Link and Report Cards

Please use the link below to book an appointment with any, or all, of the 5 subject teachers for your child’s semester 2 schedule.   Appointment times are first come first served for booking purposes. 

Please note there are several teachers in our building with the same last name. Confirm with your child’s schedule the first name of these teachers for accurate appointments.

The Power Teacher parent portal is now closed in preparation for finalizing marks for report cards.   Report card marks will be available to view on April 11^th.   If you need a paper copy of the report card, please request it through the main office.

No school for students on Monday, April 15^th due to Parent Teacher Interviews and Professional Learning.

NBCC early entry applications

Current Grade 11 students who are interested in going to NBCC after graduation in Grade 12 can apply to NBCC now! There are some advantages to applying in Grade 11, especially if you are hoping to enter a program that fills up quickly. Magnetic Hill Camp for teens interested in Zookeeping as a profession

*This message is for parents or guardians of students between the ages of 14-17. *

Hi parents and guardians of students born between 2007-2010,

Did you know that the Magnetic Hill Zoo has an award-winning summer camp for children between the ages of 14-17? Our Keeper Camp program is designed to teach participants about the world of zookeeping and then experience it through hands-on, real-life zookeeper work. The program will admit up to five campers per week who will receive instructions on the values of zoos, endangered species, conservation, animal classification, proper animal handling techniques, animal enrichment, animal husbandry and more! The campers will shadow the animal care staff and will be given the opportunity to assist these staff members in cleaning, feeding, and caring for the animals. Keeper camp can also be helpful for teenagers who are considering zookeeping as a profession, to see what their day-to-day would look like and reflect if being a zookeeper would be a good fit for them or not.
