Parents/guardians of Grade 12 students should have received an email today indicating any fees still owing in School Cash online. These debts need to be paid before students receive their gown for graduation.
Friday, June 12th Grad rehearsal at BMHS 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
– students are asked to bring a $20 cash deposit and have all debt cleared – including any textbooks, uniforms etc. that are owing to receive their gown. Gowns will be available in ROOM 167 after the rehearsal practice in the theatre.
– students will also receive tickets for graduation. We ask that each student know the number of tickets their family is requesting. We do our best to accommodate requests however, we cannot guarantee each family will receive the number they request.
– special accommodations for seating regarding any special needs for a family member– please email Susan Lockwood at susan.lockwood@nbed.nb.ca indicating the graduate name and the reason for the accommodation for seating by end of day Friday, June 12th. Graduates will find out the location and door number for the family member to enter for this request at Thursday’s rehearsal at the Tidal Church.
Thursday, June 18th
– Last grad rehearsal at Tidal Church: students are asked to arrive at 8:45am and find their designated seat in the chapel. We run through the whole graduation ceremony at this rehearsal so it will likely end around 11:30am. Grads are asked to be at the chapel for 6:15pm. Graduation will take place at the Tidal church at 7pm, doors will open for guests to find a seat at 6:30pm.
Students must return their gown and V-stole immediately following the end of the graduation ceremony at the designated table by the chapel. They will receive their $20 deposit back at this time.
