Graduating students can have any scholarships they receive listed in the graduation program by providing proof to their school counsellor by June 6th. Any questions, please connect with one of the school counsellors: Stephen Harris A – G, Monique Vautour H – M, Lindsay Dominie N – Z.
A reminder to graduating students who are headed to university or college in the fall: you need to complete the Orange Final Transcript Request Form to have your transcript sent to where you will be attending following graduation. Once completed it should be submitted to the main office along with the $2 fee. Forms are available in guidance and at the main office.
2025 Summer Student Online Learning Program Registration
Registration Dates: Registrations for the 2025 Summer Student Learning Program will open on Monday, June 2nd at 8 AM and close on June 23rd at 4 PM. School counsellors request an email be sent to them to express your interest in registering by June 2nd.
Course Start Date: Courses will begin on June 26th.
Course Limit: Students are permitted to take one course only (no exceptions). World Issues 120 is limited to students who were in either in Grade 11 or Grade 12 this school year.
Important Considerations:
- Before registering, please ensure that students plan to commit to completing the course on time and are prepared to work consistently every day. (3 -4 hours)
- Many students have underestimated their ability or willingness to dedicate the required time, resulting in unsuccessful attempts.
Last day of classes is Friday, June 6. Refer to the final assessment week plan and any communication your child has received about their final assessments for each course. Look on our school website for the final assessment week of June 9 – 13th.
Student lockers will need to be cleaned out and locks returned to Homeroom teachers on Thursday, June 5.
Have a wonderful weekend!
